CUSTOMER RETURNS
If you wish to return merchandise or any reason, you can do so within 60 days, with proof of purchase, for a refund of the purchase price.
CUSTOMER EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange merchandise for a different size or colour you can do so within 60 days, with proof of purchase. NOTE: The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
MANUFACTURER’S DEFECTS
We will exchange or refund any manufacturer’s defects within 60 days with proof of purchase. If merchandise is damaged or defective, please save the packing slip as well as the item, and notify us immediately by phone or email. NOTE: Return shipping costs are non-refundable UNLESS the item being returned is a result of our error (i.e. manufacturer's defective or wrong item sent.)
INFORMATION ON RETURNING PACKAGES
The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning merchandise to us. Happy Horse Riders cannot accept COD packages. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking service, as we cannot be responsible for products that do not reach of our office. Please write on the packing slip why you decided to return the item so that we can improve service to our customers.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing funds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please call or email us.
